Companies that provide solutions and services that support retailers large and small, online, offline or both will make up the companies exhibiting at ACTION IN RETAIL. Among these types of companies include payment platforms, point-of-sale providers, logistical and warehouse companies, online review platforms, e-commerce solution providers, in-store merchandising solutions, employee management software and more. With participating companies provided interactive, digital exhibitor booths, attendees will be able to gain on-demand content and engage in real-time conversations through the advanced capabilities of ACTION IN RETAIL.
Retailers who are new to retail, veteran merchants, sell online exclusively, sell in-store only or offer multiple selling avenues to their customers will benefit from ACTION IN RETAIL.

Virtual connectivity offers a dynamic and interactive way for attendees from all over the world to connect. Through ACTION IN RETAIL’s virtual networking room, chat forums, speaking sessions, gamification experiences and more, attendees will be able to connect with other attendees and sponsors. This interaction is only made possible if you are registered as part of ACTION IN RETAIL.
During the live, one-day event of ACTION IN RETAIL, attendees can participate in a gamification experience that will alert them to a variety of experiences taking place during the live ACTION IN RETAIL event for chances to win prizes. Attendees are not guaranteed to win by participating as an attendee of ACTION in RETAIL or participating in experiences that offer a chance to win. All winners will be notified by their email applied to registration if they win.
Just like many physical events, ACTION IN RETAIL will provide swag bags for attendees. This will allow them to collect any documents or other materials from the exhibitors in one organized place. This will be available as an online swag bag that will be located in your personal ACTION IN RETAIL account on the day of the show and will provide additional ways for you to share the swag you collect, as well, with anyone else you may think will enjoy them.
If you have any interested peers, you can direct them to register using the main registration link. Each attendee registration is reviewed by our organizing tech team, Jabra. If approved, the individual will receive their login credentials within 48 business hours.

No, you do not need to download or install any software to attend ACTION IN RETAIL. You will need an Internet connection and make sure you register to attend.
After you have registered and received your email confirmation from ACTION IN RETAIL, your login details will be emailed to you within 48hrs. You can use these details to access the event.
ACTION IN RETAIL is an online event. You do not have to travel and can access from anywhere you have an Internet connection. This event can be accessed via desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
No,having a webcam is not necessary to attend ACTION IN RETAIL. You will have the opportunity to video chat with sponsors and attendees, however, but it is not required to participate.
Yes, ACTION IN RETAIL content will be accessible for 30 days after the live experience. You can listen to content on-demand and still gain an exciting, informative and educational experience despite not being a part of the live attendance.
